Why a Multivitamin is crucial to Health and Weight Loss.

 Multivitamins. Love 'em or hate 'em doesn't really matter, because the fact of the matter is, we need them! Why? Let me ‘splain it to you Lucy. This applies both to overall health, and even more so when we are in the process of weight loss, so back row, pay attention!

Think about the foods you eat everyday... you are what you eat they say. And while it seems like medical advancements are constantly being made, fast food sales are increasing, and only 10% of Americans eat their recommended amounts of fruits and veggies... say whaaa? Yes I know. Really think about that statistic guys. Only TEN PERCENT of us are getting our recommended amounts of fruits and veggies, TEN.
